Galena Street Ribs

This dinner was as simple as 1,2,3, but the flavor of those ribs (and the tasty apple ale) were quite delicious!  I found the recipie in the Penzy's Spice flyer that comes to the house and thought I'd give ribs a try. I'm so glad I did.  The meat fell off the bone!  It was that tender.  The spice rub was the only flavoring added.  Easy Peasy.  This recipe was a hit, and we will be definitely be making these again in the future.

Here's the Recipe:

3-5lbs.(roughly) slab spare ribs or baby back ribs (mine were labeled pork loin ribs)
1-2 Tablespoons Penzy's Galena Street Rib Rub you can get your spice here:  https://www.penzeys.com/
 Parchment Paper
11x14 baking sheet

Preheat Oven to 300 degrees.  Rub the ribs with the Galena Street Rib Rub, wrap in parchment paper.
Bake for 3 hours.  That's It!!  :)

Serve with your favorite sides and beer and enjoy!  We sure did.
